Equipment of wiring with fixed tension on Dewar bottle to detect IR thermoimage had been developed. A special tension sensor with sensitivity of~0.23±0.01mV/g in the range of 0-500g was used. The signal compared with a standard voltage passes through PID calculator. One of the output signal passes through an absolute value amplifier into a V-F oscillator to generate frequency signal
another one gives a direction signal passing a gate circuit to control the stepper motor speed. Wiring tension precision of this system is less than 1g in the range of 10 to 500g. The one step distance of the stepper motor is 0.15mm. Wiring is suitable for the frame with more than 180 wires and length more than 200mm.
