simple and high speed CCD camera calibration procedure intended for a vision inspection application
where many intrinsic and extrinsic parameters of every CCD camera are to be determined
is presented. The key parameters of CCD camera are gradually derived by linear algorithm and vector analysis. This camera calibration technique is proved to be accurate and high speed. It is practical and simple for algorithm analysis
and is applied to camera parameters calibrating for many CCD cameras in normal vision inspection system
especially for multi vision sensors in large sized-vision inspection system.The calibration error is better than 0.05 mm.
