摘要

简要介绍了椭圆偏振测量术的基本原理及自动椭偏仪

并设计制作了一台新型自动消光椭偏仪的原理样机.分析了各种可用于液晶显示器(LCD)膜系测量的技术

指出由于自动椭偏仪具有无损探测、测量准确度高和测量迅速等特点

非常适合用于LCD薄膜系统的在线监测.并且

自动椭偏仪在其他领域的测量应用前景也很好.

Abstract

Fundamentals of ellipsometry and automatic ellipsometers are introduced briefly

and a sample machine of new type automatic null ellipsometer has been designed and constructed. Some techniques that can be used in measurement of LCD thin films are analyzed

then we point out that due to its properties of non-destructive

high-accuracy and high-speed

automatic ellipsometer is very suited for on-line monitoring of LCD thin film system. Owing to its advantages

ellipsometry and automatic ellipsometers can be used in many other fields and will gain good results.
