根据四频差动激光陀螺对法拉第旋光片的两个通光面都必须是超光滑表面且有一定夹角的使用要求
针对传统工艺必须采用光胶上盘法所带来的不利因素
提出了一种新的工艺。通过将数百个法拉第旋光片毛坯作为一个整体粘胶上盘并进行加工的方法
不仅使法拉第旋光片两通光面之间的夹角得到了很好的保证
而且还避免了光胶上盘对通光表面可能造成的损伤
最后使旋光片的两个通光面的表面质量同时得到了保证
从而使产品合格率大大提高(一盘数百个零件
两个通光表面的表面粗糙度同时优于0.08 nm(rms值)的合格率有时可达80%以上)
解决了四频激光陀螺批量化生产中的一大制约因素。
According to the demand on the four mode ring laser gyro
the two optical surfaces in a Faraday effect element must be ultra-smooth surface
and must has a little wedge in each other. Contraposing the shortcoming of optical contact method in traditional art
a new method was introduced in which hundreds of rough elements were conglutinated together to be fabricated as one component. Not only is the wedge between two optical surfaces achieved
but also is the possibility to damage the first surface avoided. Finally
the finished products with fine quality
whose surface roughness is less than 0.08 nm(rms)
are obtained in high proportion.
