The objects on the ground imaging on the CCD through the photoelectricity system are affected by a lot of factors such as the characteristic of objects and atmosphere and CCD capability and optical system. This paper introduced the analysis and estimate in theory for the ability of the land based photoelectricity image system. And the author had a detailed analysis and estimation for the detect capability of the optical system. At last
