The material and thickness of arms determine wide field of Michelson interferometer for wind measurement. According as four width-field conditions
the perfect two-glass is selected from Chinese glasses through analysis and calculation and the thickness of arms is gained. The choice satisfies the condition of width-field by validating. These parameters are inputted into computer and the configuration of interferometer is simulated. The interferogram of width-field is achieved through ray tracing. The wind velocity is attained by data reversing and coincident with theoretical value.
