Abstract: The article presented a kind of non-valve piezoelectric fountain micro-pump by sound control circuit. The sound control circuit controlled the non-valve piezoelectric pump to open
close and fountain state. Without the signal generating device
the sound control circuit could drive directly the piezoelectric pump to work. The article expounded the working principle and design structure about the sound control circuit. The sound control oscillating and switching circuit board is designed and manufactured. It combined with the non-valve piezoelectric fountain pump to carry on the system debugging. The experimental result indicated that the fountain state of piezoelectric pump changed along with the outside sound frequency and oscillation amplitude. When the frequency and the oscillation amplitude were higher
the non-valve piezoelectric pump cascaded to increase on the height and the output flow rate. The piezoelectric pump attained the best spraying result when the sound frequency and the basic frequency of piezoelectric pump created a resonance.
