Experiment of borosilicate glass film bent by CO2 CW-laser was presented.The effects of process parameters (laser power (P)
scanning velocity (V)
number of scanning (n)) and work piece geometry (specimen width(d))on the bending angle are investigated
then the experimental phenomenon was analyzed.A extent diagram of the value of P,V was generalized for the bending progress,meanwhile,several groups of processing parameters were obtained.Experimental result indicates that the borosilicate glass film could be bent an angle up to 24°using CO2 CW-laser.
