Abstract: Thermal control system of electronic equipment of space camera was designed and simulated for resolving the problem of its heat dissipation. Thermal design of the electronic components
printed circuit board (PCB) and their chassis is researched with the approaches of conduction and radiation. Thermal analysis of the thermal control system was dealt with software code TMG according to its space environment and structure characteristics. The die temperature of the electronic components was calculated. The results show that the range of temperature of PCB is from 35.6℃ to 45.0℃
the range of temperature of electronic components are from 45.4℃ to 88.5℃
thermal design scheme of the electronic equipment of space camera is feasible and reasonable.
