对各种标准光源的要求是发光强度的稳定性和准确性,且寿命长,这取决于灯具本身的精心制作及电源的稳定性,工作电流的稳定性及电压冲击对标准灯的稳定性和寿命影响很大。星上定标积分球系统更是要求保证为星上定标用卤钨灯提供标准的稳流电源,其稳定度要求达到0.16%。本文从实际应用角度介绍了具有软启动特性的标准灯稳流驱动电源的工作原理及应用电路,且通过调整三级管增益的方法调整软启动的时间。通过电路中串联高精密电阻,采集其电压而计算电路中电流的方法得到0.037%的电流稳定性,由于每次启动电源会有重复性的误差,折合到整个电路中可以达到0.043%的电流稳定性。实验结果表明, 0.043%的电流稳定精度已经完全可以满足积分球系统光的变化不超过1%的要求。
