a high-speed and large-capacity aerosol particles classification count storage is designed using multi-channel storage technology. The device has the following main features: two combined functions of single pulse counter and characteristic signal classification counter
the storage capacity of up to 65535 channels and each can count to 65535
a typical operating speed of up to 15nS
and simple circuit. As a key storage component of the aerodynamic particle sizer developed by our institute
this storage satisfies the requirements on the speed and capacity requested by a continuous
