摘要

根据像差系数理论提出了计算XUV系统像差的方法

导出了光谱仪器的评价函数

该函数是各像差系数在各波段加仅的平方和

并考虑了各元件参数和光栏位置对像差系数的影响.最后利用上面理论设计了一个新的XUV系统.

Abstract

A method for computing aberrations of XUV system is proposed on the basis of aberration coefficient theory and a mert function of spectrometer is deduced. This function is the sguare sum of each aberration coefficent mulitplying by its weiqht factor in each wave length region. The effect of each element and stop position on aberration is considered. A new system is desigend and optimied.
