In order to realize the non-contact measurement of three dimensional deformation of the tested object
the three dimensional deformation measurement system based on electronic speckle pattern interferometry(ESPI) is designed. In this designed system

out-plane and three dimensional deformation for the wood block with defect and the steel plate with stress validate the designed system.
