The article researched based on a requirement of testing for Opto-electronic Reconnaissance Platforms of the institute. We expound and proved the principle of testing method for platform dynamic capacity. Moreover
the article analyzed the possibility of application of new equipment for dynamic testing. The author researched about the principle and design ideal of the new equipment based on the existing technology standard. Followed
we talk about the key parts of the new equipment
which based on the friction transmission principle .The article analyzed the error of the design and real process course. At last
we catch the conclusion and the real three-dimension designing. The whole conclusions of the researchment offered a new thinking for similarly testament of air-load platform in laboratory condition.
