The scanning angle (SA) is an important parameter of Panoramic Aerial Camera. The angle of SA has relations with the scanning start angle (SSA)

the target slope angle (SA) and the overlap rate. This paper analyzes the relationship of them and suggests that the current method of calculating SA is very difficult to be realized in engineering. It proposes a method of calculating SSA and SA according to TSA. Its main characteristics are
