the changed position of CCD plane should be equalized. For a focusing mechanism which based on cam is designed
focusing scheme and focusing quantity are confirmed
Analysis of transmission error and validated test indicated that the error of this focusing mechanism was ±1.71 μm;linearity of CCD plane
X direction was 11.2〞、Y direction was 11.8〞; circumaxis angle of CCD plane was 4.7〞.The result of precision analysis indicated that the focusing mechanism is meet to the requirement of the user.
