SHS is a novel technology which shares the advantages of grating and spatially modulated interferometry. The zero frequency of SHS produce a flat-field interferogram
and it could be modulated to any wavelength by changing the gratings littrow angle and line density. The principles of zero frequency calibration is discussed in this paper
and a new zero frequency calibration device is presented
which is a integrating sphere eliminating speckle and the tunable laser being introduced. The calibration result suggests that the instruments zero frequency drifted 0.05nm toward shortwave compared to theoretic value
which meet the design requirements.
