摘要

利用半经典理论分析了自由电子在光场影响下的势垒穿透问题

导出了穿透率和反射率的近似表达式

分析结果表明:当势垒对数的梯度可以与光波波长的倒数相比拟时(即1/V dv/dx～1/λ)自由电子在穿透势垒和被势垒反射时

将发生多光子吸收(或发射)效应

利用本文的结果

可以澄清 L.A.Lompre等人最近的实验所引起的混乱。
