    • Analysis and optimization of noise tolerance for interferometer instrument transfer function

    • 在高精度平面干涉仪系统评价领域,本文通过仿真与实验相结合的方法,探究了噪声对仪器传递函数测试结果的影响,提出了测试误差评价指标ITFRMS值,分析了噪声容限,并提出了优化方案。实验结果表明,优化后ITFRMS值显著下降,验证了方案的可行性,有效抑制了噪声干扰。
