摘要

本文根据微微秒激光器系统的技术要求

讨论了腔倒空器驱动器的设计问题.设计了为测量声光调制器电等效输入阻抗而建立的超高频阻抗测量系统.针对目前驱动器与声光调制器阻抗匹配尚未很好解决的问题

研究了结合声光调制器件的特性进行匹配网络设计的过程

给出相应的CAD通用程序.得到了较理想的匹配结果.

Abstract

This paper discusses the design of a cavity dumper driver and gives out a system which can measure the input impedance of an aeousto-opitic modulator. CAD programes for solving related problems are given also is the paper.
