On the basis of electric potential aistribution in deflection system and taking account of axial electric field in deflection system deflection sensitive analytic formulae are derived from electron motion equation for inclination deflection plate and trumpet-type defletion system.The anal-ytic formulae are more accurate than conventional formulae. Finally the formulae are discussed.
