用Bridgman-Stockbarger法长出了Eu

单晶。用区熔法长出Re:LiBaF
(Re=Ce

)晶体。X光衍射分析表明由相图得到的原料比BaF

:LiF=40:60(mol%)时生长的是多晶
因为
最开始析出的是BaF
。对掺杂晶体进行了光谱研究。氮分子激光器泵浦的Eu
荧光光谱显示了多中心结构。
Single Crystals of KMgF
: Eu
and LiBaF
have been grown by Bridgman-Stockbarger technique. Polycrystalline samples of LiBaF
: Re (Re = Ce
TV
) have been prepared by zone melting method. X-ray analysis on the grown LiBaF
shows that polycrystalline samples have been yielded from the ratio BaF
:LiF= 40:60 (mol%) which is taken from the phase diagram. Spectroscopic investigation of the grown crystals has been done. N
laser pumped luminescence of KMgF
displays many center structure.
