该器件的光谱调谐范围为1.2～3.0μm

Abstract

The design and fabrication of an infrared Acousto Optical Tunable Filter (AOTF) are reported in this paper. The tuning range of the filter is about 1.2～3.0μm

the passband width at 2.1μm is 40Å. The properties of the filter are measured and discussed.
