摘要

超声波振动切削是一种新的精密加工方法

它是否确有抑制切削颤振的特性一直是悬而未决的技术难题。本文设计出一种可供研究这种特性用的实验装置

并对它的主振模态进行了参数识别。车削实验结果表明

超声波振动车削可有效地锐减普通车削的颤振振幅。

Abstract

Ultrasonic Vibration Cutting (UVC) is a new finish machining met hod but it is not certain if UVC is able to suppress the cutting chatter

This paper presents a special test equipment which can be used to study the characteristics in suppressing chatter and also presents the results of paranneter identifying in the direction of chief vibrating modality

The turning test results shflw that it is able to reduce the amplitude of cutting chatter effectively.
