摘要

本文首先综述了显微物镜像质评价检验方法。提出用狭缝直接对星点衍射像进行线扩散函数抽样

把抽样数据送到电子计算机进行包括傅立叶变换在内的数学运算

得到光学传递函数的一种方法。本文介绍仪器的结构、星点衍射像的形成及其强度分布测定的有关问题。最后介绍了研制成的仪器性能的测试方法及测试结果。

Abstract

In this paper a review is given for the image quality test and evaluation of the microscopic objectives and a method of OTF measurement is suggested in which the star image is directly scanned by a slit for sampling the line spread function and transfered into a microcomputer numerically through a A/D converter for FFT calculation to obtain the OTF. The structure of the instrument and the measurement method are described.The performenee examination of the instrument and several examples are presented.
