摘要

本文总结了长春光机所近年来开展的X射线波段多层膜光学元件研制工作。列举了其主要进展和成果。并对今后一段时期的进一步发展作了简要讨论。

Abstract

Researches of X-ray multilayers have been carried out in this institute for years.This paper summarzes the main results which include the polishing of super-smooth substrates; the design

deposition

test

and evaluation of multilayers

and some application schemes of using multilayers as mirrors and dispersing elements in soft X-ray region. Problems are discussed and suggestions are proposed for the further researches.
