This paper describes alloying compositons and melting technique. Effects of alloying compositins and the scrap on mechanical properties have been studied. The satisfactory heat-treating technique has been determined. The mechanical and the casting property have been tested. A test method is introduced to observe the development and the expansion of the causing stress crack. The property on resisting stress corrosion has been qualitatively explained.
