利用微型机进行二微快速离散傅立叶变换、数据拟合的方法

并讨论了如何选择测试的方位数及二维离散傅立叶变换的抽样间隔。

Abstract

In this paper

a method is given to measure the two dimensional light intensity distribution of star image of microscope objective. It includes the experiment principle

the computation of two dimensional FFT with conventional computer

data fitting and software design.It discusses how to select the valur of measuring azimuth as well as the sampling interval of two dimensional FFT.
