摘要

采用等参有限元伽辽金法计算自吸式气体支承的性能

同时在单片机控制气体静压支承实验装置上进行实验研究.从而为支承的设计提供了理论基础.

Abstract

In this paper a more convenient and effective method Galerkin Isoparametric Finite Element Method was developed to analyze the performances of vacuum-preloaded gas bearings.The experiment was done by means of a new-developed aerostatic bearing testing system which uses a single-chip computer as the controller. Thus the theoretical basis for bearing design was provided.
