A concept of Graph and Network is introduod into the mechanical system in the paper.It can be used to establish physical model and mathematical model for complex system.The principle of Mechanical Chain and Network Toplogy Analysis is discursed in detail.The model of constant

tension system in the machine of optical fibre tension testing is given as a example.
