摘要

探讨了用激光衍射测量细线直径的方法.提出了一种适用于在线测量不透明细线直径的新方法.本方法的原理是基于取得激光衍射图上两相邻暗点之间的距离的光信息并加以处理.应用了 CCD、单片机等先进技术

以取得准确、可靠及预定的测量.

Abstract

This paper presents the measurement method for the diameter of fine threads by means of laser diffraction.A new method suitable for on-line measurement of the diameter of non-transparent fine threads is proposed.The principle of this method is based on the obtaining and processing of the optical informations of the distance between two successive dark points in the laser diffraction diagram.Advanced techniques and devices like CCD

chip microprocessor etc.

are used to achieve precise

reliable and steady measurements.
