锁相放大技术在PIE和RIE工艺过程监测中的应用

his paper discusses the principle of the spectroscopic end point detection

the applications of lock-in amplifier in detection for the technology progress of PIE and RIE

and detailed discusses the principle of the switched-capacitor filter. And in the structure of circuit

we designed the lock-in amplifier with the track switched-capacitor filters

the result is to improve the system dynamic range. At last

the paper describes the result of the endpoint detection in line.
