A high performance solar/atmosphere UV spectroradiometer with spectral band 120nm-500nm and spectral resolution 0. 08 nm has been developed in this Institute. It consists of standard sources integrated sphere

double grating monochromator

detectors

and electronics-microcomputer system. The solar U V atmosphere U V spectral radiation at different atmosphere condition and mass were measured during 1992 in Changchun. The measurement results show that the stability of the spectroradiometer responsivity is better than 1%/year

and the uncertainty for the solar/atmosphere UV spectral irradiance measurement is less than 3-5%0
