In this paper some factors to effect on phosphor layer guality using electrostatic deposition techniques for U-shape fluorescent lamps are analysed

including high voltage power

resistivity of the glass tubes and phosphor particles

and their heated temperatures during coated phosphors

design of the sprayers etc. Finally this paper represents the defects often occured and the way to overcome them.
