摘要

浮法抛光是当前超光滑表面高效加工技术之一。本文介绍了浮法抛光原理装置及初步实验结果。利用这项技术对φ30的K9玻璃样片进行实验

经过2～4小时的抛光后

表面粗糙度值优于1nmRa.

Abstract

Float polishing is one of the advanced superpolishing techniques. This paper gives a description on our prototype machine for float polishing and initial experiments.We've polished 30BK7 glass with surface roughness better than 1nm Ra after 2～4 hours working.
