摘要

在实施莫尔条纹细分中

两路信号的相位误差将影响计量光栅的测量位移时的精度。本文从软件的角度详细论述了相位误差的补偿方法

并且通过理论分析与计算

说明利用该方法的补偿效果

进而证明该方法在实际应用中的可行性。

Abstract

In morie strip division

the phase error between two signals will affect the measurement precision. This paper discussed in detail the compensation method of the phase error using software. In additton

the effect adopting this method is illustrated by theoretical analysisand calculation .Furtherly

the feasibility of this method in practice is testified.
