摘要

对过氧化物阴极的制备工艺进行了讨论。对过氧化物阴极的电子发射能力、抗轰击能力和寿命作了一系列的实验。实验结果表明

和现今广泛采用的三元碳酸盐氧化物阴极相比

过氧化物阴极具有激活反应速度快、分解时不产生CO

、发射性能好、耐轰击、长寿命等优点

完全可以取代三元碳酸盐氧化物阴极而用于荧光灯中

特别适合于高速生产线中使用。

Abstract

This paper disscussed some making technology of hyperoxide cathode

The properties ofcathode such as electron emisson

anti-blast ability

life time were tested.The resultsindicated that hyperoxide cathode have better qualities than oxide cathode in followingaspects:The volocity of activation is quick;There is no CO

gas was released duringdecomposition reaction;Good emission;Anti-blast ability;Long life-time etc

It can becompletely used in light source

particularly in high speed production line.
