应用高温形变热处理技术

研究了热处理工艺对其显微组织、力学性能的影响.结果表明

950℃加热

50%形变水淬

500℃

4h时效

可使合金组织细化

并可获得均匀缠结的位错和析出物弥散分布

以及优异的综合力学性能.

The effects of heat treatment process on the microstructures

the mechanical propertiesof TC4 alloy were studied using HTTMT technology. The results showed that using heatingat 950℃

deformation 50 pct

following water quenching

aging 4h at 500℃

then TC4alloy had grain refinement and a unifomly tangled dislocation and precipitate array andexcellent mechanical properties.
