研究了不同油膜间隙形状相应的三油叶精密轴承的摩擦性能

研究结果表明

瓦弧边缘的最大间隙b

与中央的最小间隙C

有利于建立动压油膜

相应的摩擦系数较大。

Abstract

The friction performance of oil film on journal of three lobe bearing is researched onthe condition of different oil film clearance forms by means of numerical calculation method.Research results indicate that increase of difference value △r

between maximum clearancevalue b

pad arc edge and minimum clearance value c

of pad arc center favors building of hy-drodynamic oil film

The friction coefficient increases with the decrease of △r
