Horsed on the analysis of the phataelectric controlled ga-and-stop diffraction grating ruling engine
some effective measures have been taken to improve the engine. The hardware and soft-ware of the computer unmber control spstem has been designed
which has achieved the program amplification and interpolation of the spacing signal
and improved the resolution and the precision of the system. Experiment results have proved that the spacing repetitiveness is obviously less than 0.05 m.
