Carrier modulated interpolation of Moire fringes is applied to the study of angle standard with radial gratings
which has divided the orthogonal Moire fringes signal into 20000 parts.The interpolation has achieved dynamic and static measurement.It can also dynamically measure the optical circular divided scales and radial gratings.
