该方法用于检测光盘刻槽机所刻母盘上伺服槽的道间距。该方法结合光盘刻槽机机械与电控系统的自身特点而进行设计

经应用取得良好效果。

Abstract

An indirect measuring method is introduced in this paper

which has been applied to the track pitch measurement on the master during cutting process by a laser disc cutting machine . This method derives itself from the characteristics of mechanical system and electronic control system in the machine and runs well in practical use.
