摘要

在对阿氏齿轮滚刀侧后刀面铲磨工艺深入研究基础上

首先通过建立数学模型

并经过一系列矩阵变换

推导出铲磨后滚刀齿侧面一般方程式

最终使得砂轮廓形(t

R)直接求解精确值问题得以实现

这对于提高刀具制作技术有较大意义。

Abstract

This paper gives the general equations about the profile of hob by means of setting up the mathematical model

transferring a series of formula

and studying the process in depth. Finally

the problem of the precious number of sand-wheel outline is solved successfully. It is very useful of improving the manufacturing technology of tools.
