but also vibration absorption and noise reduction should be designed well. In the paper a more perfect film flattening system is introduced. A calculation method about film flattening accuracy is presented. The effect of limiting vacuum of vacuum pump on the speed of film flattening is analyzed. The methods of vibration absorption
noise reduction and ventilation purification are described.
