This paper mainly discussed the reasons for resulting in graphic distortion of pre objective dual galvanometer optical scanning system
and compared as well as analyzed the relations between graphic distortion and placement of galvanometers
orientation of image plane
and f-θ error etc. With simulating the f-θ error of 75×75 FOV actual objective lens by least squares model
the accurate formula for correcting graphic distortion was given. In addition
in vector scanning
the non linear velocity of spot movement in image plane will lead to uneven exposure. This paper also offered several ways and formulas to compensate uneven exposure.
