makes the systematic analysis about optical fiber communication's opto-electronic signal
noise of the detection circuit

minimum-detection ability and amplitude discriminator's threshold value. The reliable base of design for coherent parameter is provided. Experimental results show that this paper has important value for single laser pulse detection system.
