In the development of the aerial remote camera
an intelligent system based on the FIFO (First In First Out)
ispLSI (in-system-programmable Large Scale Integration) and PC techniques was designed for proving and evaluating image quality and observing earth objects in aerial tests. The design consideration and working principles are described
and the hardware structure and software implementation are illustrated in this paper. The system parameters are programmable for various requirements
