This article analyzes the properties of the signal obtained by microspectrometer and studies the influences caused by a wavelet transform on the Gauss peak with a different half-width. The results show that when the decomposition time is 8 by using the Mallat method
the high frequency noise and low frequency background can be reduced by letting the decomposition factors a8
d1 and d2 be zeros when reconstructing the spectrum signal.
