Abstract:The uniformity of the light intensity on the lithography plane and the effective spectral range for the designs of the lithography beamline are the important optical features.This paper analysed the main factor which influences the two features above,and put forwarded to improve the methods of illumination on the lithography plane,and finally presented the experimental results correspordingly.

Abstract:This paper we synthesize the principle and kinematics of a pan tograph mechanism for walking robot,presented the requirement of walking robot for the trajectory of the foothold,and discussed it in detail.A method for interpolating in two sides and linking in middle of the trajectory of pantograph legged mechanism is give.This decreases the engry of walking robot,and increases the suitability.

Abstract:Laser is now used in many fields of science researches,especially in laser spectroscopy,laser chemistry and isotope seperation. It is required precisly and characteristically for the lasers to operate with stable frequency,narrow spectrum range and continously regulated wavelengthes. We have succeeded in researching for and making out an active stabilized frequency ring dye laser.Its wavelength range is from 5700 to 6200A and can be regulated continously. The short-term stabilization of the laser frequency is no more than 1MHz and its long-term stabilization is less than 100MHz during one hour.The laser automatic scanning range is over 30 GHz without mode-hop. The main theory of stabilization of this kind of laser is based on a high precise interferometer used for detecting the variability of the laser frequency.Depending on three electronic control systems,we take feedback controls on several turnable elements for stabilizing frequency.This laser eletronic control system also uses an automatic locking method. This paper gives emphasis on the analysis about the technique of stable laser frequency control system.
