Abstract:On the basis of measuring infrared,uisible and Raman spectra, this paper disscussed the change rules of the structure and its properties of glasses of the silicate,borate and phosphate with composition of Nb2O5 added.
Abstract:According to the total accuracy requirements,principles of the error transmition and the equi-accuracy measurement,the accuracy requirements of single axle are derived for the 70/35mm semi-automatic film reader.Also the error distribution is made to every error source.Finally,the real results of the accuracy are given.
Abstract:This paper discribes the miniaturization of zoom lens with long focal length and big zooming ratio,discusses the advantages of reducing focal length in zoom and compensation units and increasing the distance between the focus adjustment unit and zoom unit.It also discusses the possiblity of aberration correction using simple structure,for realizing the miniaturiza- tion of the zoom lens with high-quality image and simple struc- ture,followed by two examples given in the paper.
Abstract:From the basic expressions of distribution of film thickness on the substrate,we analyze the correlative techniques,and present designs of static plane shatters in order to obtain desired film thickness distribution in fabrication of optical coatings.
Abstract:The special-function large-angular neutral variable density disk is a new type of star simulator with large dynamical scale, which can simulate the intensity of weak star in the sky and demarcate the characteristics of the universal background.It has been applied to some very important fields.During our investi- gation,we have designed a special shutter system,which made the light density continoua]ly variable within the range of 0—330° on the substrate with the maxium of 274 times and minimum of 0.01.Its facility region is 0.4—1.1μm with better neutral density and the large nonlinearity distribution with the angular variation of the subrtrate.
Abstract:The radius power distribution of laser beam is not only a important parameter of beam itself,but also a remakable problem in laser process.The importance of beam mode measuring has interested many research workers working on it since the early 70s.Many methods,including infrared photography,plexiglass burning off, scanning,heat evaporating,thermal deflection of light,interference etc,were developed,but limited of them were applied in China, only plexiglass burning off is in common use.Unfortunately,this method can only offers a statistical result of laser's radiation, but not the real power distribution of the laser beam. In this paper,the needle scanning method is presented which is formed by four units,including scanning,sensing,data acquition and handling.The experiments are also presented.The design capacity of this system permits measuring of beam of 0.2-35mm diameter in 102-103W power level,and the three dimentions power distribution was finally presented by data handling unit.
Abstract:In this paper the polychromatic optical tranfer function of a rcai optical system is obtained by experimental methods,and the approximation degree is given when substituting for the white light transfer function,and the certification method of the weight factors by using experiment is also examined.

Abstract:This paper presents the measurement method for the diameter of fine threads by means of laser diffraction.A new method suitable for on-line measurement of the diameter of non-transparent fine threads is proposed.The principle of this method is based on the obtaining and processing of the optical informations of the distance between two successive dark points in the laser diffraction diagram.Advanced techniques and devices like CCD,chip microprocessor etc.,are used to achieve precise,reliable and steady measurements.
Abstract:In this paper a more convenient and effective method Galerkin Isoparametric Finite Element Method was developed to analyze the performances of vacuum-preloaded gas bearings.The experiment was done by means of a new-developed aerostatic bearing testing system which uses a single-chip computer as the controller. Thus the theoretical basis for bearing design was provided.
Abstract:Wear resistance of steels 35# and 35CrMnSi hardened by laser has been investigated.It was showed that wear nesistance of the laser-hardened materials was increased by a factor of 1—3 as compared with that conventionally treated.The laser-hardened layer of the materials maily consisted of martensiste,and it is the reason of the wear resistance enhance.

Abstract:China National Technical Supervision Bureau gave our Test Cent- re a task in the first quarter of 1990 to selectively examine the 135~# cameras over the whole country.According to the National Stan- dard we tested 26 types of the cameras from 25 camera factories. This paper synthesizes the tested results and evaluates the lens quality of the 135~# cameras.Generally the quality of the 135~# ca- mera lenses are pretty well at present.All of the single lens ref- lacted camera lenses achieve 0 rank of the National Standard,and 90 percent of the simple programed flash camera lenses achieve Ⅱ rank.The eye level finder camera lenses are not very well,only 60 percent achieve Ⅱ rank of the standard.
